If you're from Greenbrier, you can't talk nice about former Blue Devils. That's just the way it is.

LOL ... I am a implant here & enjoy Greenbrier Football but you have to pull for young men with heart enough to walk on to a program like Tennessee when they could have had a full ride & a starting position at a smaller school. :worship:

There's a difference between having someone spot you and having one guy pull you up from your chest while two guys pull up at either end of the bar. Unfortunately this looks more like the latter.

That said, at the very least, this guy should be a solid scout squader and help our DL get better. If that's what our walk-ons give us, then they're doing their job and helping the program. If he can make a run at the two-deep, even better.

Good luck to him!

It takes a ton of strength just to de-rack 500 lbs much less 700 lbs, so I'll give him his props. If I remember correctly, Doug Furnas has the all-time squat record at UT at like 800 lbs.

I wish McAmis the best of luck and hope that he is able to contribute in the coming years. Having a dream and desire are two key ingredients in being successful. Good luck young man. GBO>!!

I'm just joking.

The Sullins are good guys.

Best of luck Blake, don't let those mean TN scholly players manhandle you in practice. Throw them around a bit.

I like the part about him taking the cast off during the game. My kind of player. Old school and tough. I hope you do well Blake and earn a scholarship. Nice to see someone get themselves ahead through hard work and determination. It is a lost art these days.
