I have no idea what monkeys, the zeus gun, juggernaut, etc. are. I must be totally missing something. Granted I've only played zombies twice.

i need intelligent players to play with on kino. i made it to 28 with 2 other smart people and one idiot... which if you play a lot, you will know that one idiot makes it seem like theres only 2 people playing.

My strategy:

Start by doing the extra perk glitch. Dive in the corner, and have someone dive on top of you. you both get downed and hear a little girl laugh. Get revived and stay in the first room until dogs.

Go through the downstairs door, and continue all the way to the stage and take care of the dogs. Dont open the other door on stage or turn on the power. 1 person watches the opening by the closed door opposite of where you entered the stage. the other 3 stand in the corner watching the door you entered the stage from. This causes the zombies to come in a straight line directly at you. easy points. leave one crawler at the end of that round and go find the box. upgrade weapons until you get a good one, and continue using the corner of the stage until round 13-15. After round 10, go do the perk glitch again (not sure if its true, but ive heard you have to do it every 10 rounds for it to keep working).

turn on the power and immediately buy juggernog. buy quick revive and speed if you have over 10,000. DO NOT UPGRADE A WEAPON UNTIL ROUND 20. DO NOT UPGRADE WEAPONS UNTIL THEY ARE OUT OF AMMO. i dont understand why people upgrade guns like the famas or other assault rifles, the ammo doesnt last a round. after round 20, upgrade ray guns, thunderguns, and lmgs when they run out of ammo (lmgs are ok because they get nearly 1000 bullets).

in the higher teens and up, teleport 3 people at the beginning of each round. 1 person (preferably with the ray gun or thundergun) stays down and runs around the stage. other 3 people throw grenades to kill zombies. the 1 person who stays down picks up any max ammo, nuke, x2 perks that are dropped.

from then on, i usually just do a complete circle of the map with 3 or 4 team members (1 can run around the stage) and occasionally set traps.

The key IMHO is to build up close to 40,000 points. if you get a ray gun, thundergun, or lmg from the box early on, dont keep buying. use them and use them until u have no ammo before buying new ones, and DEFINITELY dont waste money on pack a punch unless its an empty lmg, ray gun, or thundergun. Save 30-40 grand so if you die, you will be able to buy juggernog, speed, a good gun or two, etc, and will be able to do so a few times. Monkeys and the thundergun are GREAT for reviving teammates. In later rounds, dont waste your time trying to revive a teammate who doesnt have a thundergun or ray gun because they probably wont have enough firepower to survive the round anyways.

Thats all i got. PM me if you are good and want to play. im on 360.

I don't like idea of opening the bottom door...thats another door they can funnel in from and surround you when youre making laps through the starting/center room....

Even if the box is there we leave it shut and open through the back stage and alley...

eventually we open all the doors regardless for big laps. eventually the small laps through the center dont work as well, and laps around the whole map are better. plus, you dont want doors to corner people later when they die and dont have money to open them. either way, its just my strategy, there are plenty out there and they all work fine.

Oh yeah I've tried many strategies and im not knocking yours..I just prefer the small laps for several reasons:

If someone gets down you can make it back around to revive them...

If you lose your perks or need one of the three(I don't buy double tap) then you go right by each making the lap..

Its one less direction they can surround you when your entering the starting room...

It goes right by the MP40 ammo..

Made it to round 19 with a buddy.

What are your guys' regular weapon preferences? What is good with "pack a punch?"

I've been getting the combat shotgun first thing, and then eventually getting the MP5K. I used the pack a punch on the combat shotgun.

Is there something better I should be doing?

IP, if you're on sometime we should try to play a few rounds. lately every match i've gotten in has ended badly due to really bad random teammates. as far as guns go, i''m a big fan of the stakeout shotgun. it's probably the gun i use the most as far as the weapons that can be bought on the wall.

i only packa punch lmgs or the ray/thundergun when they run out of ammo. The other guns just dont have enough ammo, which becames a huge problem in later rounds.

Ya, that's the one instigator and I have been relying on. I think the MP40 may be a good backup weapon over the MP5K, simply because you get more bullets...

I just not have really started to get into zombies. I used to watch my bros play but wasn't very interested. Now I'm hooked.

The farthest I've gone is 17 with my little bro, and 2 random guys. One was pretty good but the other was "that guy" if you know what I mean.

Really want to get past 20

Seems like a big part of zombies is discipline and routine.
It is..yet every game is totally different..that's what I like about it..

Lmg's..ray..thundergun like iuvols mentioned are what u want to pimp out due to lack of ammo in later rnds.
