I don’t remember basketball doing dark uniforms. Always thought they do it in football.
Saw it on a twitter account but not sure if it real or not. I’m a little superstitious on the dark jerseys

The Vols’ alternate look first debuted during the 2022-2023 season and was the Vols’ primary home jersey during their postseason run in the NCAA Tournament. The uniforms feature a cream jersey with an orange Vols script across the chest along with cream shorts with a single orange stripe down the side.

Our cream jerseys with Vols script is THE best color combo in all of college sports. The baseball Sunday cream jerseys are just next level elite. And the orange tops with Vols script for baseball are also fantastic.

Would love to see more color combinations involving the Vols script for all of our sports. But baseball has some elite combos.
