Bill and Hillary were at the Red Sox-Yankees Game, sitting in the first
row, with the Secret Service people directly behind them. Just before
the start of the game, one of the Secret Service agents leaned forward
and whispered something to Bill.
Clinton stared at the agent, looked at Hillary, looked back at the
agent, and shook his head 'no'. The agent then said, "Mr. President, it
was a unanimous request of the entire team, from the owner of the team
right down to the bat boy."
Bill hesitated, but changed his mind when the agent told him the fans
would love it. Bill shrugged his shoulders and said, "Oo-Kay! If that's
what the people want. C'mere, Hillary." With that, Bill got up, grabbed
Hillary by her collar and the seat of her pants, lifted her up and
tossed her over the wall onto the field.
Hillary got up kicking, swearing, and screaming, "Bill, you *&!^$#@&!"
The crowd went absolutely wild! Fans were jumping up and down, cheering,
hooting, hollering, and high-fiving. And Bill was bowing, smiling, and
waving to the crowd. He leaned over to the agent and said, "How about
that! I would have never believed how much everyone would enjoy that!"
But, noticing the agent had gone completely pale and looked sick, Bill
asked what was wrong.
"Sir," the agent replied, "I said, they wanted you to throw out the
first pitch."
