~We made it to the Heupel Era!~

Each day from 8/20 until the Friday before Kickoff (8/29), I'd like to discuss and vote for our favorite plays from each year. Only one can win from each year. On game day, I'll make a new thread combining all the plays VN selected.

Today is 2021. The dawn of the Heupel Era. New hope. New system. Huge roster turnover. I'll nominate several plays, and you guys help with any I missed. After we come to a consensus, I'll update the OP. The play with the most votes (likes/comments/etc) will win. Make sure to vote!

Winner TBD

Even though it was a loss, there are some plays from the Pitt game that year that should be considered. You could see how the offense operated once Hooker came in the game

Alontae Taylor Pick Six vs Kentucky

Does anybody have that AT pick six with the “let’s go krogering” jingle playing in the background ??

I would love to find that , along with the guy that called a radio show before the WV game in Charlotte back in cornbreads first year

I’m no Beth Mowins fan, but she was more knowledgeable than the dude on that broadcast.
That's the rough part about Beth Mowins. I've listened to her a lot over the years as she consistently calls one of the early games on either ESPN or ESPN2, and she's honestly one of the more knowledgeable play by play people in the business. But her voice can be super grating.

I still take that over some of the idiots they have calling games though. I prefer a knowledgeable person with a worse voice compared to a person with a good voice and little to no knowledge.
