People thinking Peyton Manning was being sued because he was mentioned in the Title IX suit last year was as bad as it gets. The outrage over something that was settled over 20 years ago has to be a record for over-reaction.

The whole title IX lawsuit thing and the "impact" it had on recruiting was pretty absurd.

Negative articles about the program with all anonymous sources, including my favorite "says the man who works in the building". Or the anonymous assistant coach at an anonymous university asked about the head coach here at tn. Its not like Butch could fire him.

I still say the stuff with JJ will rear its ugly head again at some point. Hope I'm wrong but I dont think I am.

Any game loss will get calls to fire everyone from the AD down. These calls will come even before the game ends. Disparaging comments will be made about the coaches, the players and their mothers. Name calling will escalate for three days until moderates post the facts and statistics showing the sky is not falling.

anything that almost goes wrong and some of the volnation experts that are liquored up or sniffing crack or whatever they do to stay somewhere between a mental institution and suicide ready to burn couches and whip out the pitch forks and fahr everybody including the water boy when a rumor that something might be happening that they for some uneducated guess and they have no rational reason to be worried about happens!:banghead2: sometimes this is the best soap opera on the internet!:popcorn:
