This board is notorious for overreactions, so I'm curious as to what your vote would be for the scenarios or events that cause the biggest overreactions.

My vote: When we go 3 and out on offense in the first series of the year in the opener, which has happened a few times.

LOL @ this thread idea. I would say ANYTHING negative that happens in the first-half of any football game.

Blackburn not getting hired ranks up there. For some the AD was his birthright and there wasn't a single human being on earth other than him that could perform the duty.

A big faction on here looses their minds every time Arian Foster is in the news also. You'd think he burnt down Neyland, knocked up the entire cheer squad and kicked Smokey.

Upcoming QB play. We will struggle this year because of it and people will be pissed. We have been lucky to have Dobbs make something out of absolutely nothing with his legs.

I think a lot of people are expecting too much out of the 2017 team tbh.

If we restrict responses to the actual season this fall, I'm gonna go with one of these three possibilities:

* If Guarantano starts the Ga Tech game; or
* If Dormady starts the Ga Tech game; or
* If any other QB starts the Ga Tech game.

If one of those three things happens, VolNation will go apoplectic in the game day thread (and 20 other threads, all started within seconds of one another). Several apparent VolNation heart attacks, strokes, conniption fits, and fainting spells later, when we win the game, some of them (some) will calm down.

That's my prediction.

There will be a nuclear meltdown if our QB (either of them, or both) comes out and looks rattled.

If we lose to Tech, the universe explodes.

Getting a commitment from a 3 star or lower usually brings some angst. Sometimes hard to tell if it's an overreaction or an appropriate concern though.
