Purdues quarterback had enough time to read the dictionary yesterday. Our DBs aren’t great but I guarantee he doesn’t throw for 600 yards if we have pressure in his face

Right tackle. Purdue beat our right tackle all day. #15 lived in hooker’s face. It was stupid.

Defensive line, and linebackers. A great front 7 makes your DBs so much better. We can have prime Richard Sherman and Deion sanders back there but if the QB has all day to throw it doesn’t matter

That’s true, but against Purdue Burrell was getting burned every play. 1 on 1s, the qb knew even if the coverage wasn’t bad burrell would hold.

I think we did ok upgrading the Front 7 in recruiting. Adding a couple DTs and we have some young talent on the roster. Pierce and Josephs are probably LBs at their weight. Plus a couple other LBs we took. Mitchell may come back and give some added depth there.

I just feel corner was the least addressed in recruiting.

Any secondary is bad when there is no consistent pass rush.We do neither.And our db's are not as fast as you need,especially the safeties!
