Biggest game of Pruitt's career, SEC East title is on the line.

These are big ifs but should we win vs GA Sat it puts us in control of the East I feel. We could still lose to Alabama and have a shot again vs Fl later in the season. Should we win Sat I believe we'd be favored every game except for those 2. Regardless, with a win Saturday we will still be talking SEC east championship halfway into the season, quite an accomplishment. A loss Saturday just about eliminates us from winning the East as we'd have to win out and need the pups to lose 2. Going into the Florida game at the end of the season with a chance to make the SEC championship game would put us basically into the playoffs as the SEC winner is going to the playoffs 100% this season. A lot would have to happen but a win Saturday would be the biggest step we could take in order to make it happen.
A loss isn't the end of the world for Pruitt but it'll force us to play nearly perfect the rest of the way if we want to finish 7-3 or better.
For those reasons, I think that as of this date this is the biggest game Pruitt has ever prepared for as a head coach.
In my mind this game is similiar to the anual week three Florida game. I believe if we win we win the East. I think Florida loses to Georgia, it is bad matcchup for Florida.

IF Guarantano is shaky early on, I wouldn't hesitate to pull him for either Shrout or Maurer. If this change did not work out you can always go back to Jarrett later. That worked fairly well last year so I wouldn't hesitate to make a change if warranted...
Regarding the qb situation, I've heard that gap between JG and the rest of the qbs in large. JTS and BM do not have near the grasp of the offense that JG does.

Yes this is the biggest game of his career to this point. Hopefully down the road he will have many more.

At this point if this is true, then some of the problem falls on coaching and development.

Some positives
1) JG has better QB rating than Bennett
2) we start 4 5 star OL and 1 4 star
3) We been vanilla on both sides of ball look for that to change. Dialed up blitzes and alot of different looks on D. There QB aint seen a Pruit D. On O we got speed and it will be utilized. If we can stay out of 3rd and long I like our chances to score some points and shorten the game. Longer the game goes on the more pressure it puts on their QB and Kirby. Kirby don't do well under pressure.
4) Their woman are fat and ugly just like their dog
5) Smokey could whip Ugas ass everyday of the week.
6)Jimmy Carter bankrupted every farmer in America and its time his ass gets paid back.
7)They don't know how to make Whiskey in Ga. and can't hold it either.
8) more transplanted Yankees in Ga. th
an Florida.
9) Finally, Butch beat Kirby

Georgia will beat us by 17 or more we haven’t played anybody with a pulse during this win streak and JG is not going carry us to win over a top 5 elite team like Georgia. The streak ends resoundingly this Saturday

It's certainly an uphill battle but Pruitt and Fulmer know how to win championships, they have to know how big this game is for the program. Plus a win would bury GA as they would have Bama next week and FL down the way.
Too bad Pruitt and Phil aren't the ones playing. There's not a player at Tennessee who knows how to win Championships except Cade Mays, and he wouldn't know how if he hadn't been at Georgia.
