Biggest decommitment

Skipper left with Pittman who wanted to stay and Butch passed on for Mahoney.

Good Lord. I forgot @ that. I'm no expert on evaluating assistants. But both of those probably win this Q.

Where would we be with Orlando Brown, Dan Skipper, and Pittman for the past 3 seasons?

The biggest decommitment is the fanbase. I don't think anyone would've have predicted just how much this fanbase could go full retard. So much, that it will end up hurting this football program more than anything else.

Then lets get them some safe spaces for their hurt feelings. Reality check. Every fanbase has fanatics. I suggest stop logging into here and find a site that pumps sunshine up everyone's rearends 24/7. Good luck with that by the way..

I was talking to my buddy and we were trying to figure out who was the biggest decommittment in the last 5 years?

He said Dan Skipper and I said I think Zeke Brown is playing very well for OU. Anyone else think something different?

The brothers that just de-com 300+ pounds

Why don't you nut up and except the criticism that's due. I don't know how old you are but with this delusional fanbase, we would've never won a championship in 98. We would've had about a 100 different coaches between Majors and Fulmer. The fanbase needs to realize that Tennessee is irrelevant right now in college football and has been for over a decade.

It's really going to hurt to watch Tee Higgins and Hunter Johnson at Clemson.

Add Trezevant's 6'-0 235lb RB Corrdarrian Richardson to dabo's Tennessee haul, the kid is beastly. Watch him at noon today vs Marion Co. in Cookeville today. :ermm:

I agree with the irrelevant comment. This is why i think a young man who was 400 yrds away from the all time rushing record at the University of Tennessee (so rich with tradition) decided to just up and quit. The tradition and history just doesn't mean squat to these guys. The last time we beat Florida before this year Hurd was something like a 3rd grader.

Well i'm in my 40's so i grew up when Tennessee was up. What i don't get is guys like you coming on a web site like this and thinking it has some relevance to how well the team is performing. If they really pay that much attention to what is said on here then that is a problem in itself. Should be worried about how they're going to turn it around, instead of what a handful of fans on a message board think. If that's the case then no wonder we're irrelevant. Get over your butt hurt.. People see the product and it pretty much sucked, they're not going to keep quiet about it either.

Biggest decommitment has been the UTAD and the powers that be that have made this program irrelevant.. Good job guys.. Fire Fulmer mid-season, hire a douche bag mercenary the next year, next up, the Dooley error, now we have "Champions of Life Jones". These guys are Mensa meeting material i tell ya..

Well if you're in your 40's and you think Tennessee was better then 8-4 through much of Majors career, but that Tennessee was up, you're either ignorant to the facts or just a liar.

What is your
point dude? I haven't been bucking to get Butch fired. He's doing a good job of that on his own. The 90's were our hay days. Butch is going to get his chance to fix it. Doubt he does, but he'll get that chance. Fact is he had the talent to win the east this year and he didn't. It's not just that though. The team wasn't coached well and that's on him. There isn't a fan base out there that doesn't get negative and positive criticism. If anyone needs to nut up it's duck out of the press conference Butch and Own it. Wouldnt mind hearing him say how disappointed he is in how his team played and he vows to fix it. He hasnt said hardly anything. He has a ego that doesn't match his results on the field. Guys like that stay for a few years til the charade is over.
