The most excited moment you remember from either ?

The biggest crushing moment you have had is from either is?

1. beating memphis (bball)

2. getting embarrassed by bama and letting JPW have his best game ever

BEST: Beating Memphis
Beating Kentucky in a 3 OT thriller (football)

WORST: Losing to Louisville and playing a terrible game
Getting Walloped by Florida on September 15th.

Hoops:
Good. 1a/beating Memphis 1b/The Xavier win.
Bad:The Vandy loss

Football:
Good:SEC title game at the beginning. Also getting the Dawgs.
Bad: The worst moment in the history of Fulmer football. Freaking alligators.

Best: Chanting "We're number 1" at TV cameras at the BPS after the Memphis game.

Worst: Watching Louisville fans cheer over dunk after dunk in Charlotte.

Both come from the 3rd Quarter of the UT/Gators football game for me.

Highest:
Volunteers TD: Eric Berry intercepted Tim Tebow for 95 yards (Daniel Lincoln made PAT) 20 - 28

Lowest:
Gators TD: Arian Foster rushed up the middle for 3 yard loss. Arian Foster fumbled. Dustin Doe recovered fumble and returned for 18 yards (Joey Ijjas made PAT) 20 - 35

Best football: Blocking KY field goal
Worst football: Ainge interceptions in SECCG. One for pick 6 and one that ended any comeback.

Best basketball: Beating Memphis in Memphis. Really thought they were head and shoulders above us. Beating them surprised me.
Worst basketball: The general malaise of the UL game. Watching a guy casually take the ball away from JP at halfcourt said it all.

Best: Beating Memphis and being number 1
Worst: Being harrassed by frat guys in Florida in 115 degree heat in 100% humidity and losing by too much and then having to drive 10 hours back to Knoxville.

Basketball:
Best - Beating Memphis at Memphis
Worst - Losing to Vandy and having to listen to Vandy fans run their mouth.

Football:
Best - My 1st ever UT game (Vandy)
Worst - Losing to Gators and Bama

football: best: beating GA down.......again.
worst......tie between the FL and Bama games. two very, very low points.

basketball: best: beating Memphis
worst: the l'ville game, just because i was there, and it was so frustrating watching them struggle so mightily.

I'm taking the word "moment" literally. Therefore:

Most exciting moment: blocking the kick against KY

Most crushing moment: the Ainge INT for a touchdown.

Beating Memphis was the the high point of either season, followed by whipping Georgia, but neither moment contained a single shining moment quite like that blocked kick. Same goes for the Florida, Alabama, and Louisville losses and the Ainge INT.

Best: Andre Woodson being tackled from behind to give the vols a trip to atlanta.

Worst: Ainge throwing that last interception on the final drive to seal an LSU victory.

Best Basketball: Beating Memphis and getting a #1 ranking.

Worst Basketball: The realization that we were done in the national title race as soon as we beat Memphis and received our #1 ranking.

Didn't watch enough football to pick a best/worst moment. Losing to Cal was pretty horrible though.

Most exciting: Seeing Ainge walk off the field for the last time wearing orange

Most crushing: Sitting on the 10 yd line in ATL and watching Ainge throw a pick-6 right in front of me.
