I heard about the Big Orange Army today...has anyone else heard anything about it...and are there any members?

I always see a banner about them on those beat down apartments across from the Vol Navy..

They used to always drive by O'Charley's (tear) before football games and throw t-shirts out and stuff. I have no idea what they are about, though.
