Looking to start a Big East dynasty, so we would need 8 users.

What I'm thinking is this, whoever gets the better teams will have to face a tougher schedule, just to be fair.

Open to suggestions for difficulty, personally, All-American is a joke, open to suggestion on time per quarter as well.

It would be an active dynasty that would advance about 4 times a week, so if that is something you cannot handle, do not apply.

Since we would fill the conference, there would be a lot of user games, so there would have to be ample communication between users.

Any takers?

Post if interested, no need to claim a team yet...when 8 people have stated that they will join, we can start seeing who gets who.

Also, I know some guys want you to use a mic or you cannot play, I don't care because I don't, nor will I ever use a mic.

I'm on 360. I have no preference on mics I've got one but rarely use it.

I think that 5 min quarters are a good length game, but I don't really care,
over 7 is a little much though If you ask me

I run 5 minute quarters, but some like to go more, if we even get 8 people interested we can have the majority rule, but I prefer 5 as well.

I'm convinced that it will be almost impossible to start another dynasty from VolNation users alone.

With Harry's OD and IP's, I think most people here are capped out.

I would be open to it not being a Big East dynasty, it could be any conference, just thought it would be the best chance at an all user controlled conference.

Open to any suggestions.

Maybe look to recruit some friends outside of VN. I will see if anyone wants in from my inner circle.

Indeed, as of right now I think we only have 3, assuming WM wants in. I would say that we would need at least 4 if not 5 to make it interesting.

well if decided to change from the big east we might want to change the thread name. Perhaps we have some anti big east gamers out there

I just got the game yesterday, along wth the brand new Xbox, but I don't have live. I'd love to join, but unfortunately can't. :(

i might jump in this one depending on how it gets set up and what not. i can't roll through a game every night but i can do more than one a week. depending on teams involved i may be really interested

We wouldn't have to advance every night, but I want an active dynasty...looking at 3-5 advances a week.

How about this.

4* star teams and lower, whatever teams we decide to be, we make a custom conference.

my 2 cents on that though is that you can get some really decent teams if you go star format, what about overall ranking? the reason i bring that up is i was looking at teams last night and michigan is a 6* but 87 overall and michigan state is a 3* and 86 overall. i would think this isn't the only situation where team stats are pretty much equal on lower star teams

The difference is in recruiting and how your team improves in the off-season.

That 3* MSU team is close in talent now but they could not hold a candle to Michigan on the recruiting trail. Also, the better your team is, the more they improve in the off-season.

With that said, I'm pretty much open to anything, just think it would be pretty lame to start with loaded teams, I'm going to roll with a 3* team more than likely, that is if we ever get this off the ground.

So, at this point we have myself, Mullet, Fleet and Snake.

Would like to get a few more before rolling out the red carpet.

What do you guys think of having a 4 man dynasty and add in other if they want to join?

Lets go 4* and below and we will be in a custom conference. Majority vote on the conference/qtr length/difficulty.

I vote for SEC/5 min/Heisman.

What say you guys?
