big early win

Fulky and Pons’s development has been amazing.

I knew Fulk would be alright (although I didn’t know if he would be enough or not). However I was not sold on Pons after how he finished the season.

This team starting right where they left off on offense, and looking good on D.

They are very efficient on O. If they can clean up some turnovers, man this team could be special.

Barnes was worth every penny he got, no matter what happens. He can get a lot out of anything I think (once he has his system going).

This team reminds me of the good Villanova teams led by strong physical guard play. If Bowden can continue to be aggressive and physical, if Turner and Fulky hold up physically I think we're a 20+ win team this year and someone nobody will want to face come tournament time. James is gonna be a big factor once we start lining up against some of the better veteran teams, I think he's gonna be arguably our most important player by the end of the season.

Yes, he gave us a physical presence against the big guy from Washington who gave Fulk problems early in the game.

Nkamhoua played much better than his stats show. I thought he took a huge step today even without the numbers to back it up

When you hold other teams to 63 or less, you should be able to win a lot of games, especially when you have a roster than has a lot people who can score. Our top 5 scorers had 9 points or more. That kind of balance is hard to shut down.

He (JJJ) has this move where he dribbles right handed towards the top of the key from the left wing. As soon as he gets overplayed by the man guarding him he spins to his left and has a wide open 10' shot.
