I think Wilson could step into Sirmons roll and do a pretty dang good job. That is if he is interested.

Has big Al ever coached? Does he want to coach? Just because he was all world as a player doesn't mean he will or won't be good coach or recruiter. Just asking.

Didn't see this thread coming.

Now someone be creative and original and suggest Peyton Manning as the OC or HC option.

In 2008, Sirmon became the linebackers coach at Central Washington University

found that,i had to look it up :) he played LB for the titans

I remember his days playing for the Titans, just wasn't sure of his previous coaching jobs. I enjoyed watching Sirmon as a player and believe he would make a great D Coord. I think if we offer him the job and money, he may stay.

I have been saying this for the past 3yrs. He wants to be on the staff , he would never leave TENNESSEE for a bs job like washington, he is one hell of a motivator, Oh and i think he knows a few things about defense.

If Al Wilson being on the coaching staff was to happen then all that negative tweeting and talking to the media by the players would come to a quick end.
