Best UT recruiting class since 1990

What was the best recruiting class Tennessee has had since 1990 in your opinion? I gotta go with the 1994 class myself which included some QB named Manning.

Unfortunately, a lot of untapped potential. Happens way too often here imo.

Those top 6 classes are monster classes. If we had a good offensive coordinator after Cutcliff left we could have won so much more. Those early 2000s classes were still great before the players saw we were on the slide downward.

The 97 recruiting class jumps out at me. Jamal Lewis, Cosey Coleman, Deon Grant. I think they were the #1, 2, 3 players in the state of Georgia and we pulled the sweep. I bet Rodney Garner had a lot to do with that then.

Cedric Wilson. Travis Stephens. Was Travis Henry was in this class too? He was a freshman in 97, but I don't know if he was a redshirt.

Janzen had NFL talent all day. The saddest thing in life is wasted talent. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you don't do the right things then nothing happens.

Kiffin's one recruiting class that he bragged so much about ended up being the single worst recruiting class in Tennessee history. He may have changed but he was a punk when he was in Knoxville.

Just now finding out about this. 11 years for voluntary manslaughter? Seems pretty harsh. Must not have had any NFL money to hire a good lawyer.
