Taupin wrote the music. Elton wrote the lyrics

That's what I thought. They did something weird, like go into separate rooms and write simultaneously.

But to me, music is hard, yes. But as a writer and a musician(not sure if I'm good at either, but still), I can say that lyrics/story/rhyme/etc is not easy.
