Well, looks like my Live account will be out of commission a lot longer than I thought; thanks to the horrid incompetence of BellSouth and Comcast.

So, I need a decent game in the mean time to get me through the :bs:

Recommendations?

Bio Shock, in my opinion has the best single player there is on 360. I regret trading it.

I've heard Bio Shock is were it's at. I might pick it up today. I've also wanted to try Saints Row. It's like GTA right?

Even though i've only played the demo of bioshock, I was blown away enough to recommend it. The design of that game is phenomenal.

Yes, it's similar to GTA. However, thankfully, the GTA god-awful locking/target system is no where to be found here. Standard 3rd person targeting. Saints Row 2 is coming later this year...lots of info on it has started to be posted around the gaming sites.

So I rented Bio Shock last night. Wow. What a creepy freakin' game! I like it so far- I'm on the edge of my seat playing it.

The water physics in this game is SICK.

I've been wanting to try bioshock for a long time. Demo was awesome. If you haven't played Oblivion you should look into that (Though I'm sure you've played it). I still play that quite a bit. I also like to mix in the KOTORs but those are my favorite games and I am incredibly biased towards them.

Oh yeah- I dropped a huge chunk of time on Oblivion. I need to get it back from my friend and get the expansions.

O yeah, My xbox is off getting repaired from the red rings of death right now...but I'm taking my hard drive back home in a few days and getting all the expansion stuff from my buddy. Apparently the expansion stuff comes with the game now which is a bunch of crap if you've already bought it. That should keep me occupied for awhile.
