Downtown Grill and Brewery is always a good choice.

I second (or third) this. I always stop there when I'm in Knoxville now for a game or not. Maybe it's just the nostalgia of the good ole college days. Good food, cool atmosphere, reasonably priced.

Stock and Barrel is the best food you can get within 5 miles of the stadium. Chick is really good, it's a Mexican like resteraunt owned by the same guy as Stock and Barrel.
