This isn't an attack, but explain how Kelly had more ability to win than C. Clowsen. TIA.

Cases can be made for Clausen, Holloway, and Shuler, but Tony Robinson was the best.

heath shuler finished in top 5 Heisman voting twice. including 2nd one year. probably should have won it too. if you look back in UT football history, we could have easily had 3 Heisman winners: Johnny Majors, Heath Shuler, & Peyton Manning. we got jipped in all three.

And Cafego makes 4 and Lauricella 5. The award has not been kind to deserving Vols.

Kelly..2-1 bowl record
Clausen..1-3 bowl record

Clausen- SEC East title in 2001 (during a much more competitive time in my opinion.)

Kelly...overall 27-5-2
Clausen..overall 34-10..14-1 Away.

Kelly- Miracle at South Bend
Clausen- Drained the Swamp twice.

Kelly- 0-3 against Bama
Clausen- 3-1 against Bama

I give Casey the edge based on these numbers.

I'm pretty sure Bobby Dodd is the only QB we have ever had to be in the College Hall of Fame.

27-1-2 as a starter.

Only took till the 7th page.

To play at Tennessee not named Peyton M. My favorite would have to be Tony Robinson even though he didn't play that much that I recall!

Tee Martin, including someone named Peyton. I love Peyton but Tee is my personal favorite of all time.

I'm sure Peyton will be in the HOF if not already. Hard to believe with Tenn's history he's the only QB in the HOF

Clausen was my favorite growing up... But Crompton deff takes the cake... Anyone that can throw a ball and know its going to get caught, (either by CB or WR) IT was going to get caught!! Lmao
