The roof top bar may be opening soon. One of my friends dad is thinking of buying it. He used to own The Sand Bar on Amnicola Highway before it was The Boathouse.

Hope they aren't thinking of making it a burger bar like the fools that bought it a few months ago did.:whistling:

Definitely not. I may Bartend for them if he does but it. I used to Bartend at the Brass Register when it re-opened. I think he might do something similar to the sandbar.

One thing I will say about Tortilla Factory is that it forever to get a beer because they always seemed to not have enough bartenders. Plus, I'm not sure how the food was because it seemed like you either couldn't eat up there after certain times (I think the closed the kitchen at 10:00 which is ridiculous) or they took so long to get crap to you (due to not enough servers/bartenders). There would be nights when the bartender would have a relatively crowded bar and would also have to go walk around to the tables near the railing and get drink orders from there. I saw this many times.

Mexican themed restaurant may not be good idea because you already have Taco Mac/Qdoba within 2 blocks of that place. If the food there is good and the service is better than it was at Tortilla Factory, there is no reason for that place to not make money.
