Best place to tailgate without a parking pass

I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to tailgate, close to campus (Preferably one where I can park, but if not that is ok) without having a donor pass, or without paying an arm and a leg.

Obviously a place that doesn't mind alcohol would be a plus .

If you get there early enough, the park on Lake Ave is a great spot. It's one street back from the Strip behind Taco Bell. It's pretty much just an open field with picnic tables and is free. You can parallel park on the street (if room) and be a 30 sec walk from the liquor store and 10 min from the stadium.

If you get to Tyson's Park early enough there's no charge for parking and it's pretty quiet, usually some good cookouts going on there.
