Best in-state recruits to play for the Vols?

Looks like Terence Cleveland is from Sweetwater. I always associate TD and TC with each other... seems like they're in the same class and were about the same height and had similar single digit jersey numbers (4 & 5?).

I agree. They remind me of each other as well. Cleveland played QB in HS.

Bruce Wilkerson was a pretty good player at UT from Loudon.

I think the Swamp Rat and Bobby Scott were from just across the GA border near Chatty. And of course Heath was from just across the NC border. Seems like our 1st Heisman runner-up was from out of state (Lauricella).

I believe Hank Lauricella was from New Orleans.

I believe that's correct. Philadelphia has(d) a middle school but no high school. They went to Loudon.
