I always did like Reggie White as "The Minister of Defense" but the Reggie Cobb/Chuck Webb "Cobbwebb" nickname was pretty cool for a duo..Anybody else have some good nicknames??

Unfortunately, I remember when Kelly Washington was playing for UT a few years back, and he nicknamed himself something like "The Answer." After some seemingly selfish play and ego issues, a friend of mine started calling him "The Cancer."

What about Casey Clausen's nickname of "Ice Man?" That was cool. HA!

I always liked Richard "Night Train" Lane for an individual player.... But the "Steel Curtain" was the best, and most fitting, nickname I've ever heard for a group of players - and eventually the whole Defense.

Kelley Washington called himself the "future" in an interview with ESPN. He was far from a cancer. He was great player while at UT.

He got Ice Man because he looked just like Val Kilmer in Top Gun and his name was Ice Man.
