Personally, I don't think running out of a tunnel to a crappy 80's-90's metal band is cool.

But that's just me. I'll take the T any day.

I always feel like the hard rock intro is a cop out. Plus they just stop it as soon as they run on the field lol.

Dude, they were playing Metallica "Enter Sandman". If you think Metallica is "crappy", well, you must be a female...:hi:

I like Clemson's entrance more than both. Even if everytime I see a video of it I'm reminded that Clemson fans think they have the loudest stadium in the country.

Somehow the Turkey just kinda ruins it for me . I'll choose the T anyday.Nothing says Power (especially not a Turkey) like the T.

Nah. I just like music that's more than some power chords and repeated riffs and terrible singing.

A little better??? Seriously? Hopping up and down to Metallica over a loudspeaker?? It isn't even comparable.

Va Tech's entrance looks like it would be pretty cool for a WWE wrestling match or high school football. It is cheesy at best at the collegiate level. If I were a fan there I would be truly embarrassed by that, and probably wouldn't show up to the game until that dreadful ordeal was over with. If this were cool, every program would drop their traditional entrance and play some cheesy 80's metal for their entrance... but it isn't cool.

I know Va Tech is new to the football thing, but they should at least make a better attempt at the entrance...

But whatever. I am just glad I didn't have to go there.

I think VT's is probably pretty awesome for their fans. Music touches people.

But UT's is unlike anybody else's in college football. I don't think anybody's beats it.

I'm not sure I'd go that far. I like UT's entrance a lot, but I think there are a few others I like more.

Having gone to my first VT and TN games over the past year, I'd say ours is better, but that's because I'm a Vol fan. VT is a pretty cool place to go see a game though, neat campus and a touching memorial to the victims of the shooting.

Wow !!! VT's enterance blows!! To try to compare the two is crazy! I think N. Alabama has a better enterance than VT! Its not unique at all.

I'm a vol through and through so I love our entrance. VT's is ok too `but once the ball is kicked off none of that matters.

The Va Tech entrance is cool right up until they turn off Metallica and the band chimes in. It just sounds awkward.

Enter Sandman? I've seen at least two others schools do the exact same routine with the exact same song. Great song, but VT's pregame doesn't even hold a candle to UT's.

Actually, I'd give karaoke night the edge over Va Tech's entrance. With karaoke night, expectations are low... With football you sort of expect something decent, and then you feel the disappointment of piped in music and people hopping up in down.
