We're lucky to have such a dynamic talent.

There aint many other guys in college football with highlights as great as his.

Agree but I think we're more lucky to have a quality young man who is a good example. UT has had its share of negative pub too... but there's so many programs out there struggling. Meanwhile, we've got Josh Dobbs visiting kids at the hospital.

The more highlights I see from the Florida game, the more I hate John Jancek. Dobbs was incredible that game. Such a shame.

I find it interesting that Dobbs seems to have different types of running ability.

He has a power running style, see UGA.

But he also has an acceleration and 2nd gear that he can turn on when he needs it, see Florida.

Dude is MUCH faster than he looks.

And for some reason he makes the hardest hits look like he got hit with a pillow.

One of the major improvements that I've seen with Dobbs from year to year is he's not staring down receivers as much. Another thing I've noticed, he took damn good care of the football in '15. He only had 5 picks and he rarely threw in to double coverage. He decided to use his running talent a lot more instead of chancing an interception. He's gonna go out with a bang this season folks. Very smart kid.

Did you guys see that? Highlights from just about every single SEC team we played last season. Dobbs had some very special runs & throws.

He's a true dual-threat QB. We have a special player & kid playing for our Vols. I wouldn't want to have any other QB. He's just so special in so many ways.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Dobbs be a factor in the Heisman race in 2016. All he needs to do is win & improve a little on his accuracy/completion %. We already know he's going to run the ball well.

True. Many here like to focus on the weaknesses.

But his strengths are something else.

Awesome video! However, how could you put together a Dobbs highlight and NOT put in his tightrope dance TD against Northwestern?!?!?!?!?!.

Yeah besides the Alabama game where they dropped about 3 INT. Didn't help that we were starting 2 True Freshmen on the line against the most aggressive D we played last year but that can't be an excuse. Other than that game he really made tremendous improvements in all areas.

That throw to Malone vs UK was perfect. He is sneaky fast too. He has improved every year in the passing game and I think he is going to get more opportunities to showcase his arm with teams committing to stopping his runs

The way JD runs threw tackles is unreal. He's one of the best runners I've ever seen
