i just don't see the logic behind an experienced nfl coach leaving the big leagues to coach on the college level, unless he just wants to help out his son. i could be wrong, but i just dont see the sense in it

At 68 I don't think he has much to prove. Everyone seems to say he wants to coach with his son. We'll see.

i agree. at his age and this point in his career and life, i dont see why Monte coming here is such a hard concept to grasp.

As great as Berry is, I'm a little weary of players thinking they have some power over the direction of the program. We need to get the Indians back on the reservation and let the chiefs run the show again. (Is that politically incorrect or what?)

If I were 68 and didn't get to see my son and grandchildren very often and a chance came about not only to see the grandchildren more often, but also to coach with my son, I wouldn't even have to think about it.

Its a no brainer.
