I would handle it like this (and I know, this is just me)

1) I would be in his ear all week about lack of maturity, and inability to lead. (those are the things that I think are really the problem with this team)

2a) if he does something stupid, or cant move the ball, or just isnt having a good day, I would bench him WITH AUTHORITY

2b) if he brings his A-game, Id run the score up. Then mid 3rd quarter I would get him out and get some seasoning on the backups.

Maybe this is not a bad idea. Bray has publicly said that he refused to watch game film of the second half vrs Fla. These begs many questions: Does Dooley have any control over his "star" players? Does Bray think that hes too good to bother with watching film? I tell ya guys I have been going to Vol games for over 50 years, I have lived and died with Vol fortunes in the past- but it is fooking hard to cheer for a punk like Bray. If u r honest, u know that if Bray was a Bama guy or a Vandy guy, u would despise him because of his attitude. How can Worley play much worse than Bray did in the last 2 quarters of the Gator fiasco? Bray has some serious character flaws that may very well ruin his chances in the NFL and that is a hard thing to coach.

everybody is all over Bray for that loss. how about the play calling down the stretch or the defense giving up?

This time last week he was the best QB since Manning and he could do no wrong. Now people are throwing him under the bus for having one bad half. The kid is 21 years old. You really need to prioritize your freaking life if a 21 year olds mistakes bother you that much. Do you realize the amount of pressure you put on these players? How would you react if one week you had a great game and were put on a pedestal, and the next week you are a sacrificial lamb? Grow up.

Just in this thread. There are other threads that describe in detail others responsible for the loss. Many just don't feel the need to cite every reason in every thread as to what led to last Saturday night's loss.

Your right, if we had beaten UF then 90% of VN would be saying this is the best team ever. But we lost a game its the end of the world, we need to change the name of the forums to Bi-Volar Nation!!!

Yep...Worley looked pitiful lobbing that ball right into Daybrick's hands against S. Carolina that would have put us in the lead...just plain pitiful....

Bray has YET to get it done and find the open receivers consistently against MIDDLE tier SEC defenses. He hasn't even played LSU or BAMA...He is a million dollar arm with a 10 cent brain...and according to all the idiots on here CDD's job is riding on this season...I'd give Bray another shot against UGA--but if he ain't got it then...time to move forward with Worley and Peterman...Flame away....

he will throw 4 or 5 touchdowns this week and people will start telling him he is a top 10 pick in the draft and when we play a good team he will show what he is a pretty good qb not great thats what he is.
