J.P. has definately had about five horrid games in a row now. I'm getting sick of his missed runners, terrible free throws, and shaky defense.

It's not really a factor if our three best are on, but he has to be the guy to step up if Tyler, Jujaun, or Chris have a bad game. You saw the result today of his current inability to fill the hole Jujuan couldn't. Chism took up half the slack, but Prince did not.

Prince comes out Jajaun steals and scores the layup. That doesn't happen if JP is playing D in that position. If this guy is our leader next year it will be a long year.

Hell, Tabb could score more than 3 points without going 1 of 6 from the field if he had JPs minutes. He would at least add some solid defense to the table. He wouldn't take a ton of stupid ass shots either.

I agree. I was hoping Tabb would have came in. He is one of my favorites. Plays his role well. But I also think J.P. does too. He is playing for his slashing/athletic ability. No one is saying he is a great player of defender. But he does what they want him too. As does the rest of the team.
