Behind-closed-doors battles pending at UT

I would rather have a stickler for rules as compliance officer and miss a few recruits, than to wander in the wilderness on probation like a bunch of Bammers.

I don't give a damn how mad the coaches get. We get hammered with probation, and they won't be around to suffer with us.

Thanx. Was at gvx a while ago and missed this. Let's pray Coach kiffin plays it close to the chest but doesn't overturn the apple cart.

If Brad Bertani becomes an obstacle, he'll meet the same fate as Greg Adkins, Stan Drayton, and the GAs.

You write something about the new staff and it's negative. Imagine that.

I love what cowards our fan base are. Ooh, the big bad 'AA might show up. If you're stupid enough to get caught by those ham handed imbeciles, you get what you deserve.

Right! Let's risk probation like a bunch of Bammers.

That would be real bright.

Yeah, it's much smarter to sit around like a bunch of spineless hall monitors while everyone you're playing against is stretching the rules to their absolute limits.

That would be brilliant.

You are suggesting we resort to recruiting violations?

Not at all. I'm simply saying the last thing a coaching staff should have to put up with is some dweeb in a bad suit calling them on the carpet about irrelevant technical violations of the 'AAs arcane and nonsensical rules. The 'AA enforcement staff doesn't give a damn about secondary violations. They can't begin to catch the programs that are really cheating, let alone police every minor violation of their War and Peace sized rulebook. If you are not stretching the rules to their snapping point, you're tying your hands behind your back in the recruiting wars.

Bend, do not break. I think the smoke use was a very creative way around the gameday experience rules.

Since we don't use smoke it is not an actual gameday experience. And they reported it to to remain compliant.
