Beer (and beer pics!)

Attention, go buy Guinness and drink one tomorrow for me. That is my last day in the military. On the 28th I will be a mister.

Newcastle is a suitable sub if you can't do a Guinness.

ETA: 11yrs 4mos 25 days of service.

Draught or the FES?

Had some newcastle last night. That never gets old. A buddy of mine brewed his own version, not bad but you can tell the difference. But, newcastle doesn't have much carbonation so it is easier to replicate that at home.

They were the draught. WERE.

I'll have Weiss beer, and good luck to you

After you drink a Guinness for USAF, go do yourself a favor and track down some Kona Pipeline Porter. Outstanding.

Thanks for your service. I'm drinking Guinness tonight...:good!:

Guinness is so good. I wish I could get a job at the brewery. Can you imagine a dream come true.

Newcastle is fantastic too.

Thanks RB.

Just tracked down these increasingly hard-to-find bottles...

black-butte-xxi.jpg

55 IBU's, brewed with chocolate beans and coffee, with 20% aged in bourbon barrels. A heavy hitter at 11%, but surprisingly drinkable.

Homerism, but easily HAS to be considered one of, if not the best American porters right now. At $12/bottle, I'd hope so.

Wow, I love Porters and Stouts. 11% gravity is too much for the GA laws. No chance of finding it.

I am drinking the Stella I bought for my brother in law to drink tomorrow LOL. Looks like I am headed to the store in the morning. He'll never know.

I bought a new grill. 500 bucks from lowes, it was on clearance. It is BADASS!!!!! Infrared burners, brick on the inside.
