Beer (and beer pics!)

i used to drink miller lite when i was younger. it just seems so bitter now. now i like hi life and hi life light.

I left the car parked near the pub last night and rode home with a friend. Which meant that today, the boy and I had to walk back over there to pick the car up, right? So when we finally got there: "Daddy, why don't we go into the pub to get something to drink to cool off? A pint would probably make you feel better!"

Twist my arm, why don't you....

(He's three. I'm both proud and sort of appalled at myself at the same time.)

Best beer I've tasted so far has to be Corona Extra... I'm drinking a bottle right now. Consider, though, that I'm only 21 and haven't tasted much.

I was thinking the exact same thing, don't know if I can get the courage to try the BL lime or not. I'd rather drink southpaw light than Bud light, seriously. Definitely like High Life and HL liight.
I'm a little bit of a beer snob and I liked the BL Lime. I wouldn't choose it from a list, but it was definitely better than the other Bud options, which I generally steer clear of.

the bud light lime is actually drinkable.
I went to the store tonight with the intention of buying some of this to give it a spin. I got to the beer aisle and a 12 pack of this was 11.99 while a 12 pack of Newcastle was 12.99.

That seems way low to me for a 12 pack of Newcastle, but it was not even marked as a special price. Dare I dream that my local Albertsons is some hidden gem of low Newcastle prices.

Am I wrong in thinking that this is a really good price for Newcastle? (which I am currently enjoying)

I think that is pretty consistent there. I hope nobody gets a clue anytime soon so it stays that way.
