Hey vols fans,

USC fan here, back for 1 more post. Thanks for letting me on your board...I love all college football except for

1. Notre dame
2. Florida
3. Ohio state
4. UCLA
5. Miami (FL)

I have been keeping an eye on your recruiting and it looks like Lane is doing a bang-up job for you. I am glad! I am so sick of hearing about Tim Tebow and Florida, I hope the Vols take care of business this year in Gainesville..Lane is a good coach and so is coach O. It's going to be a well drilled, disciplined team with an great offense. Lane ran our O in 2005 and I was amazed at the great plays he called. One recruit I think to keep an eye on is :

He is a fast, big hitter, just like taylor mays at USC. Great pickup! He will put on weight and muscle under Coach O.

Looks like things are going faster than I thought, give it 1 or 2 years and the Vols will be back in the NC hunt! Posters on our USC board are asking when USC will play the Vols...the reasons being:

1. Kiffin vs. Carroll the mentor
2. Kiffin is on his honeymoon, loss is OK, win = WHOA!!

Hope it can be worked out. We played Arkansas and Auburn a few years back.

Classy post. I would love to play USC. We would have loss by 75 points if we played this year under Phil though.

I think we (USC) would of kicked the crap out of Alabama

I got into a fight with Pete Fiutak a CBSsportsline.com writer over his love affair with Tim Tebow, Florida and Alabama through email :eek:)) I told him USC would mop the floor with Alabama and/or Florida, Utah too hahaha

Anyway, thanks for the responses, I know having a USC fan on here must be strange.

I love it when real USC fans post here.

They seem to show so much more class than USCe/USCjr. It would be nice if the Cock fans could accept their junior status to eliminate the confusion with the real USC.

Glad you posted here... would love to see a USC/TN back-to-back on the schedule during Lane's 2nd and 3rd years. We go to your place first, get shown that we're not quite there. Have you guys visit the Hill the following year, and presto, college football history is made as CLK wins one over CPC on the way to his first SEC championship. After that, a NC in his 4th year and we'll have to mortgage Neyland Stadium to keep him around Knoxville. If that happens, somehow, we might even sell TBA especially if Summit has retired by then.

Awhhh..... a sweet sip of the Orange Kool-Aid!

Stick around Trojan! We've got a good Cal fan who adds a great Pac-10 perspective, but we don't have any Trojan regulars. It'd be a lot fun since you basically have the program we'd like to build. It could be a lot of fun running Urban Meyer off to his dream job in South Bend and beating Saban into utter humiliation in spite of him having the best team he can buy.

its not strange to have a USC fan, especially one that is gracious and respects the game, good to have ya bud. I too think USC would have beaten the Bammers to a pulp, and would have received much enjoyment from watching.

it would be great to play USC IMO, maybe someday

glad to have you, it's nice to have someone other than ut fans say something good about our coaching staff. The good thing about that is when other fans are mad at you you must be doing something right. BTW welcome to the board if you haven't been already

well we are having a good week, we just got a commit from Devon Kennard, 5 * DE, and our blogger says Manti T'eo is coming to USC....#1 SLB.....

I would of loved to of played Florida...would of been a classic matchup like USC vs. Texas...oh well..:banghead2:

You used the Lady Vols logo on your first post... you know, we are the USC of women's BB. Some might say that's small claims stuff, but CPS is the real deal.

I think we were all cheated becuase we didn't get to see FU and USC play. Clearly the most talented teams in the country.
