Way to back it up with facts berry. All you have is a few people think he will get drafted higher. If you look at any actual on field results, Glennon is better.
Glennon is a pro and will be playing on Sundays. Bray gets drafted and is out of the league in three years because he's ... well, you all know his issues in the squash.
But that doesn't matter much at this level or for next week. Bray has far better weapons but I'll take Glennon especially with the same weapons.
Friday can't get here soon enough! I'm very interested to see what should be several good match ups. State's DBs against Tenn WRs, State's questions at LB combined with what should be a good DL that's finally healthy, State's OL against Tenn front, State's WRs against Tenn DBs and of course, ACC vs SEC.
That was probably Glennons worst game. Just picked a random game that I know y'all lost, but against Kentucky, Bray had a 39% completion percentage, 1 td and 2 picks. Saying someone is better based off of one game is not a good way to do it.
Keep hanging your hat on that game while we hang ours on the only logical game since both teams played them.
Not really hanging hat on that. And it was a low blow. Anything can happen in one game. And I've heard the rumors about DR and Bray giving up. But Cinci was also one game. One game where State was missing 7 starters, 4 on defense. They were decimated by injuries last year (new S&C coach this year) but they're also a part of the game.
I honestly think this game could come down to a final possession. Vegas seems to agree.
But who knows anything other than positivity this time of year.![]()

EB4Heisman, let me know if you want some action on it. I'll give 24.5. It will happen.
I just want to go ahead and post this and get it out of the way, we'll beat NC State by 24 or more.
We're better at every position on the field, sans one cornerback. This is a team that lost to Wake Forest, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Boston College and Florida State. Their one quality win was against Clemson, who didn't have Sammy Watkins and turned the ball over 4 times, all in the red zone.
Look at who we lost to last year, the circumstances of each loss and realize we have better coaching this year, more athletic players, better conditioning and this Rogers situation is going to bring the team together more than ever.
Keep your head up Vol fans, we're going to make some noise this year.
