Oh snap! So he could qualify for the 2007 signing date? If we were to land him and he were to qualify he'd be the last piece of the puzzle left to get us to the Elite 8 or beyond next year.

i think we should have a decent chance at this guy, if we want him..Apparently he is a "shot blocking machine"

I don't really know how many kids growing up near that area know or remember the incident at this point..

I'm quite certain the parents and high school and AAU coaches in Chicago remember it well. If they forget, Jimmy Collins or Deon Thomas will be on WGN 720 or one of the other talk radio stations to remind them about 5 times a year.

Per Rob Lewis, Hamga's AAU coach from the Indiana Elite, Mark Adams, has a daughter that attends UT. This could help swing the momentum in our favor.

Wait a sec... maybe this is the guy I mentioned that Bruce said he had from another school that was already commited..

Big man.. can block shots.. already pledged to Iowa.. could be, but maybe not... If this guy is going to qualify for the 2007 class then it's a good possibility this is the guy that rumors were going around about.. but maybe not and there could be a whole different guy out there that will qualify for this years class

Certainly looks like getting up and down the court won't be much of a problem for him.

Who knows, he could be the missing link.

Tough crowd here in the recruiting forum.

Anyway back to the topic, add a 7 foot athletic big guy who can run the floor for 40 minutes and make a few plays, we might have a final four team on our hands.

I thought it was funny OWB. Do you know what the past tense form of the verb Sacar is in spanish?

It would be nice if we could get him. Shoot, it would be nice to get anybody that is 7 feet tall.
