Does cincy have a legit dline and corners? if the answer to either of these is no they are going to have a long day. I think our D will step up a lot more than folks expect and the flavor of vanilla will be nonexistent in our game plan. We won't bring the whole kitchen sink but they won't be defending the same 5 running plays and they will see a lot more blitzes than were shown last week. If I recall we had a total of 2 or 3 running play out of 40 something that were not inside runs. Da'rick lines up mostly on the strong side the receivers didn't block too well last week but then again the runs were not coming their way. Both our backs have more than adequate speed. A few stretch plays and we will forget the woes of last week I promise.

The Dline is legit. The corners....well we will know after Saturday. Oline (specifically the center) and the corners are the big question marks coming into this year.

I will say if we put the ball on the ground like we did last week, we're gonna have big issues.

Perhaps they didn't see those uncalled late hits on Bray or they'd be less worried. Laughable, given our recent history, to say that UT will benefit from the ref's largesse.

I think it will be a hard fought game, but if we even come close to losing, we will have big problems with our SEC sked.

There was one where he dropped to the ground before getting hit. This was right infront of the ref.

No they were correct but they missed a lot of late hits/roughing the passer and some stuff from where things got more emotional/sloppy at the end. But it was a relatively clean game for both sides, especially for an opener.
