(I know that will come as a shock to the Bama fans, however...) and went to heaven (which will be a shock to the rest of us, but I digress...).
God escorted him to a small, two bedroom, white house with crimson red trim. A faded Tide flag was flying from the front porch. "Most folks don't get their own private home up here, but you are quite a celebrity."
Bear was quite pleased with his little house until he looked up on the hill and saw a huge mansion. The house was snowy white with orange trim. Tennessee banners hung between the huge marble pillars on the front porch. Orange and white flowers lined the driveway. Smokey was asleep on the front porch and "Rocky Top" was playing from the speakers located throughout the manicured lawn.
"I don't mean to seem unappreciative, God," drawled the Bear. "But how come I get this little shack, and General Neyland gets that fine mansion?"
"Oh, you mean the house on the hill?" God replied. "That isn't the General's house. It's mine!
