Hey another uniform thread, just what everyone wanted!

Tenn - Adidas
FSU - Nike
Okla - Nike
Miami - Nike
Ohio St. - Nike
Lsu - Nike
Usc - Nike
Tex - Nike
Fla - Nike
Lsu - Nike
Fla - Nike
Bama - Nike
Aub - Under Armor

Nike has dominated. Maybe there is something to this nike gear.

There is nothing to it.

Florida State, Oklahoma, Miami, Ohio State, LSU, USC, Texas, Florida, Alabama... that's really all that needs to be said.

Those universities could win a championship wearing trash bags.

how many more nike programs are there? i'd say they probably have the biggest share of the market, meaning they've got more "chances" for one of their sponsored teams to get a NC...i don't think the uniform has much to do with performance on the field

If you think Nike is the reason those teams won the NC, please do us all a favor and stop following sports.

Not to mention ua and Adidas typically sponsor more mid major programs while Nike typically goes for the big time programs. There are obvious exceptions like us, Michigan, Nebraska, auburn etc

Thats exactly what I think, man you nailed it. I don't even watch the games i can tell you who will win just based on the company logo. Seriously??? Just passing along a lil tidbit of info bud

All schools have an 'A' in their name with the only exception being Tennessee. I propose a name change to The University of Tennassee. I feel this will greatly improve our chances of competing for championships.

Meanwhile, the Adidas sponsored teams: Tennessee, Nebraska, Michigan, Notre Dame, etc. have been struggling the last few years. Very interesting.

Except that Boston College, Bowling Green, and several others say he's way off.

Duuude... you're way off. I don't think you even know what you just read.

Florida State
Oklahoma
Miami
Ohio State
Louisiana State
Southern California
Texas
Alabama
Auburn

The OP said there might be something to wearing Nike since all but two of the BCS National Champions wear Nike.

427 responded that every BCS National Champion except Tennessee has an A.

Tennessee is a misspelling of the tribe that it was named after, Tanasi.
