BB has transferred.. (rumor)

104.5 Nashville. He needs to go doesn't want to be here. He cries and *****es about everything. Why do you want that cancer here? Everyone else is working hard to get a starting position, while he sits around crying and *****ing. You can't seriously still want this dude around. MOVING ON..........HE RIDES THE LANE TRAIN ANYWAY.

I want the best talent to be on the team ... It is absolutely ludicrous for people to act like there is no way that this hurts UT.

What is everyone talking about?

Ever since he got here, I've only heard good things about Bryce and how professional he is and how strong his work eithic is.

Dooley said he has personal issues, lets let him settle them and stop making things up and wishing he goes away when WE DON'T HAVE ANY DETAILS OF THE SITUATION!!!

Are you serious??? You are so are ignorant! Can you prove to us everything you just stated about Bryce? Please do... You've heard him B**ch and cry? You know nothing about Bryce. Not many people on here know anything about the kid.

many people on here are idiots. they spout trash about "if you dont bleed orange you have no use to this team and we didnt need you to begin with."

i bleed orange and in no way will i ever be able to help this team, but does that mean i can suit up?

Nice post but along with that people should also want team players. There aren't many 'Herschel Walkers' and 'Bo Jacksons' on this planet, and Bryce is far from either of those. The sooner these guys realize they are on a team full of great players the better off the TEAM will be. Being 'The Man' in Jr. High isn't the same thing as College. Having the 'better' players, yes. Having people who aren't part of the team, no.

so did 95% of this forum until January 12, mind you.

True ... this board is definitely not short on ignorance.

Go or stay, decide one way or the other depending on what you think is best for you Bryce. I for one have already moved on, excited about what the other running backs bring to the table.

He couldn't hold Trent Richardson's jock strap I hate to say. #1 overall running back in the nation? So much for rankings. Lets face it people 5star athletes seldom turn out that way. Lets face it he was running over around and through white boys, like me, in Wichita, KS. HE IS KNOWN AS THE WICHITA SPRINT CHAMP. Wonder way he didn't stay with Miami?

Guys, the fact of the matter is if he doesn't want to be here, then see you later. He had a chance to be the man this year, and for one reason or another, he doesn't want to be here. I wish him the best, but one player does not make a team. We will be fine without him. One player will not make or break this team.

Bryce Brown has been one of, if not, the most mature guys on the team, and he's only 19 years old. He has his act together. Whatever he's going through is not due to immaturity or whatever. He is HIGHLY talented. He was injured last year and was running behind one heck of a senior running back. We need all the talent we can get right now and all the character guys as well. He's both.

i wish the man the best of luck. if the rumors, and i mean rumors, are true about him going home because he may have a kid on the way, well then i commend him for making the right decision.

ultimatley he needs to do whats best for him. from what i have gathered there have been no problems with BB. this seems to be a personal matter, nothing more.

i also have to laugh at the fact that people like the OP were probably people that were saying BB was going to be a freshman AA that would replace Hardesty after week 3. :eek:lol: they were also probably the same people that said they knew all along that Nuke was a no good...

What makes you think he doesn't want to be here?

what's not to understand? I'm not elated about him leaving, but it will be good in the long run because he does not bleed the orange blood.

It doesn't matter whether he "bleeds" orange. It matters whether he is faster, quicker, and stronger than linebackers and safeties. I don't give a crap as long as he is the best RB and getting playing time due to that. By your logic, you would start Poole over him if Poole wore orange 7 days a week and sang Rocky Top 24/7 even if he was clearly half the player Brown is.

Hey...wait a minute....can someone explain to me who this Bryce Brown guy is your talking about?

:eek:lol:

First of all a player usually plays for a coach not a team. Bryce is one of the most talented and hard working kids on the team. Coach K was quoted saying that. I live in wichita and have been watching Bryce since he was in little league. He played behind one of the best and toughest backs in the country in Hardesty. I believe Hardesty had one of the best combine workouts out of all the backs that were there leading in a few of the categories that were tested. I believe that Bryce had almost 600 total yards and 4tds on a season where he played hurt. Until this past season, Hardesty never eclipsed those numbers. Bryce is family oriented and his family is still in Kansas and with his brother recently transferring from Miami to K-State and Coach K leaving to USC im sure has a little bit to do with him possibly leaving the University of Tennessee. Before you judge him put yourself in his shoes. The Vols have no one that is a SEC type of QB next season and thats what he needs as well as to run from the I instead of a spread offense. He personally knows and has a relationship with coach snyder as well as his brother and also Chris Harper who transferred there from Oregon. All of them are from Wichita as well as some other players who have made the decision to go to K state. I believe had Snyder never quit coaching that things might have been different at K state. Bryce is a good kid and with all the off the field trouble the vols had with the players trying to rob people and the stuff surrounding the program I cant blame him for rethinking his decision.

Didn't read the giant wall of text. First sentence was bland and last was nearly unfathomably stupid.

FWIW, most of....well,some of us here try not to judge a young man for decisions he makes, he has to make what he feels is the best decision for him and those closest to him, just as we do every day. I appreciate the year he gave to UT and wish him the best. I wish he would have stuck around and helped us get back to the top, but he chose not to, and there will be another step in his place. Leaving home is harder than you think, especially at that age.
