Guees I'll have to tune in to Blob and Bert for a couple of hours..(I don't mind Bert, but Blobbius Maximus 11 can get very frustrating at times IMO.) But it's way more tolerable than listening to that obnoxious LSU fanboy from the marshes of cajun country..

I've never understood some people and why they seem to care so much about who announces a game. I've never paid that much attention to an anouncer that it ruined my enjoyment of a televised game. I'm usually too wrapped up in the action.

But that's just me.

Bayou Brando can call all the games he wants, just as long as he doesn't bring his buddy Ted "the Turd" Valentine to officiate them.

I agree. I usually don't even notice the announcers when the game is going on, just during timeouts and things like that, and that is when I change the channel to check other scores.

Bad or one sided commentating annoys the hell out of me before, during, and after the game. Some guys do a great job of calling out what is going on and stats and others should have stayed at home.

Who would you rather have, Tim Brando or Gus Johnson? Johnson has gotten to the point where it just seems like he's screaming after every little change of momentum during a game.
