Yeah really there’s no comparison between the programs. Money and preparing for the pros and getting kids drafted; still though great players come from all over or at least they did in the past. More talent being consolidated in the portal era

Tyjae Spears got drafted by the Titans a few years back and gets substantial playing time. That being said, I get where you’re coming from…there is no comparison as to which program puts more players in the league.

I say you give Robertson 2 mil for the year. Give him a little less than you were paying Nico. Not sure what he was making at Baylor but he was original a SEC kid (miss state) so I’d imagine he would like to come back for his last year and make a push to get drafted.

Keep in mind that there’s no proof Robertson intends to enter the portal as of right now. It’s still pure speculation at this moment, and thus the idea we’ll battle him for Tulane is also speculation as well.

That said, I hope he does enter. He’s definitely the guy I want the most, but I’m sure somebody better than Tulane would challenge us for him.

Johnson, Hoover, Robertson. Any of those guys would be great. I’m not sure UCLA isn’t about to run off the better QB there as well. Nico of course has a super high ceiling but I don’t think he has the discipline to reach it.

Becht would also be fantastic, if he enters.

On UCLA, Aguilar would be interesting for sure. Def not the guy I want, but if none of the B12 starters enter, he’d definitely be worth pursuing imo.

Reminds me of Baker Mayfield with height. Good arm, enthusiastic, nice touch on the pass. Dude ran a 50 yd QB draw for a TD agains Colorado.

I say let’s get Avery and Sawyer :) for less than Nico wanted. 3 mil might get them both.
