It really is pretty good now, but there's a shortage of north american and western european players. It gets frustrating playing in rooms full of japanese and brazilians

Yeah, it is really good now. I played a few weeks back, could not find any full servers for the DLC maps. Only the original maps.

I think this game looks like a blast. I'm hoping it's only getting looked down on because people are comparing it to other BF games. I don't want the same game remade ad nauseam. I like variety. I probably won't buy it, but I may when it starts showing up for reasonable prices.

I really want Cities: Skylines right now. The $30 price tag helps.

There are quickscoping montages from BF3 and 4 too. It has smaller maps, which will likely work out better for consoles than PC. There were maps in 3 and 4 where you could go a couple of minutes without seeing anyone on consoles, due to the much smaller number of players.

Hardline could very well be the next Bad Company, 2142, or even the "Modern Combat" that it has been in 2, 3, & 4 (which people said would suck too). If BF never changed we'd be in WW2 right now...which admittedly, could still be very fun.

Ps4 and the One have 32 vs 32. I have no trouble finding players. Ive had 50 kill games. Battlefield imo is about big maps. Thats what separates it from cod. To each their own though if the game turns out good ill consider buying it.

Battlefield was also about capping conquest points, but that's changed too with 50 kill games. Kills were always the COD thing. They've even put in KDR in BF. BF has been CODish for a while, unfortunately.

I cap flags. You do occasionally get a team or squad who doesnt care about anything but their kd

I'm enjoying the game but the vehicles and helicopters are OP and it's frustrating that you can't spawn with a weapon to take them down. That's the biggest problem with the game right now imo.
