I actually think there's more recoil in this game than most others, though that might be some of the latency talking as well. Frankly I found the first few games in the series to have absolutely horrible on-foot combat (vehicles were the only fun part), and it's nice to have guns that are accurate, powerful, and predictable. It might not be totally realistic, but I'd rather have the "feel" of realism than weapons that appear useless unless you're at close range. There's a hard balance to strike but I think Bad Company 2 does a pretty good job of it...
I just followed the directions....Thanks a lot!
Onslaught, which is coming soon says the Swedish developer, is an all new co-operative game mode that consists of 4 objective based missions on some of the game's current crop of maps - Valparaiso, Atacama Desert, Isla Inocentes and Nelson Bay.
The co-op mode will pit you and up to 3 friends against an onslaught - get it? - of enemy controlled AI troops as you tackle various objectives on the map, with a whole host of vehicles to take down from tanks to armoured boats
