They divided the player base way too much with DLC and more so custom servers.

Agree with Pret, if I knew you had Xbox One I would have said to pay for one month of EA Access so you can try it out.

I've haven't seen a problem with low player activity with BF4 recently. Not since the initial bugs when the game was released. Me and my friends I play with usually just search the east coast servers and have never had an issue with finding a game.

Much of the time we're in Deputy Debbies Denizens of Doom. XB1. Map rotation of the original maps. No DLC I think. Normally there's a 3-4 person queue.

I'm sure they'll go there eventually. I'm actually very interested in this as WW1 is terribly under represented in gaming.

The idea of someone running around carrying a potato digger firing from the hip kills the concept for me as a military historian.

I signed up for EA Access. Pretty cool that you can install a number of games. I remember playing the original Dragon Age and it was great.

Madden, FIFA, NBA Live, NHL, UFC, BF4, and a host of other games. It's at the very least worth trying it on the monthly basis terms.

If you end up liking it, you can pay $29.99 for the year. I play BF4 and the sports games. Madden 16 just got added back in Feb. Also, the trials are great in helping me determine if I want to buy a game or just wait for it to be placed in the vault.

Does anyone have experience with transferring your soldier from ps3 to ps4? I just got around to playing BF4 and from what I read it was supposed to give me an option to transfer my ps3 profile. That never happened so I'm stuck at the beginning again. Says it's a one time thing so I hope I didn't mess it up, but like I said it never asked me about it.

I think it happens as soon as you start the game for the first time when connected to the network. Of course, I did it when the game came out so don't remember exactly. It was mixed in with a bunch of **** that you habitually 'x' through.

Have you given War Thunder a try? It spans from Spanish Civil War era through early Korea. It's pretty great up until the Jet era where it lacks a bit.
