Yeah, I played a few pro matches with my virtual pro. Usually every player on the field is controlled by a human player unless there is not enough then CPU will control some of the players. It is fun if you get people who will play right and pass the ball. I have not actually played one on one yet.

What are some of the better guns in each class? I still use m4 and m16 and the ak74u Dislike that it don't show each guns stats with recoil and stopping power etc

Advice I would give for someone starting is staying with your team, don't venture off by yourself or 2 player teams. Im not good either, but looking back that would have been the easier way learning. I went straight in running and gunning which killed my k/d ratio. I been as low as .40, I've got it almost at 1 now.
