Been playing it and I can say that it is a welcomed change from COD. I cant wait for the full game to come out. I think I might buy for my PC and 360. Still early, but if it isnt in the GOTY talk, I would be surprised.

No worries bassman. It would take a he'll of a lot for me to drop the hammer. OWB, not so much. Just hard not to look like a prick in print when 90% of the time I am a prick to buddies. And I suck at battlefield but love it.

Yup, after I dumped about 220 bucks into the rig. I could have ran it on medium with what I had but the bumped up graphics card and a little more juice makes it nice and smooth. If they get anywhere close with the console to the PC, this will be a great game.

Alpha is over......I am sad, but at the same time excited that the beta is just around the corner then shortly the retail will be out.

Looking better and better every day. I'm still a bit concerned about whether or no they'll put some reasonably effective AAA in the game, as a counter to fixed wing aircraft especially. The AAA sucked on BC2, not as much on effectiveness but you were a dead duck 98/100 times you tried to use one to engage aircraft.
