Who all is going?

We're driving down Thursday and staying with the bro-in-law. About the only other thing on the agenda other than the game is a visit to Mike Anderson's on Friday night.

I'll be in New Orleans partying hard for 2 days before the game, then heading up to BR for the game on Sat. morning. The lsu fans are pretty obnoxious, but with enough liquor, I can deal with them.

my dad graduated from LSU and Ive been many times, but the wife has never seen New Orleans

Indeed. NOLA on Friday. Baton Rouge on Saturday. I will be in all orange, but tailgating with LSU alums and sitting right in the middle of the LSU fans. I just hope to make it out alive. I'm rooting for a blowout, either way, but preferable a UT win. With a close game, my mouth will probably get me and my buddies in trouble.

Standing During Games
Policy: LSU encourages fans to be courteous of other fans in choosing to stand during games. Spontaneous reaction to plays or significant events is expected and encouraged. Continued standing during game action when other fans are sitting is discouraged and will be addressed by game marshals if complaints from other fans are reasonable and continuous.
Reason: Common courtesy dictates that fans should not block the view of other fans who are seated during game action.

Driving down to Praireville/Gonzalez on Thursday morning to stay with some friends. Can't wait until Saturday.

Bring some thick skin.... because when I went last time post Katrina year.... they were pretty brutal. I even had my 80 something plus grandparents with us and they were still being pretty much awful, lets just say they havent heard those four letter words too often at their age....

Leaving out Thursday morning.SEC 405 row 20.New Orleans Tursday and Friday.Baton Rouge Saturday then a great ride home after a BIG WIN on Sunday. GBO:rock:

Getting out of class at 3 on Friday, heading down to 'Nawlins that night, then Baton Rouge for the big day.

We should all congregate and set up a massive, Big Orange tailgate haha.

I get out of class at 2 Friday. Then me and 4 of my friends will be headed to LSU. We'll be in the first row, and all ORANGE. I can't wait!

I dont think their fans expect much of a game from us, so I look for them to be a little friendlier.

If you see a blue F-250 Crew Cab with orange all over it heading down I-55 from Memphis to Louisiana (on Thursday), that's me. :D
