This game is absolutely beautiful. Played for about 5 hours this weekend (long weekend) and I am about 15% done. Lots of side quest and the story is really shaping up to be great. Love the openess of AC compared to AA. You really get the opportunity to run the city skyline via your batclaw and feels a bit like you are spiderman with the way you are able to travel the building tops. Excellent game.

Tidbit below........I'm thinking about doing this. A rewards membership is free at K-Mart and my wife already has one. Not a bad deal at all.......

Buy Batman: AC @ Kmart 10/18-10/22 and "Shop Your Way" members will get a $30 coupon towards another game (must be used by 12/3). So if you're looking at BF3 or MW3 you've just knocked half the price off.

What? I just dont tell people to buy games that they will get 30 hours of play out of.

So you want them to tack on some mediocre multiplayer that'll be dead in <6 months? Not every game needs multiplayer, no need to waste time(that could be spent on the single player) and resources on tacked on multiplayer. I can understand wanting to be smart with your money, but a good game is worthy of your cash. Besides, from everything I've read the game has quite a bit of content, especially with all of the challenge rooms.

For me.......FTR he was asking me......I lose interest in single player games after a month or so if I manage to complete it in that time. Without a good multiplayer (which is what I spend most of my gaming time doing) a game gets stale to me. This is a great game and will be in the GOTY talks at years end, but I would only rent since the game has no longegivty for me.

The Watcher is just a side mission. What part of the main story are you?

I've been thinking about buying this game. The GOTY edition just came out and it's got all the DLCs for $50. Also, on PS3 or 360? I'll probably get Arkham Asylum too since its only $20.

One of the best single player games out there imo.

$50 for GOTY seems like a great deal. I'm glad I saw that it was released rather than spend $50 on the standard edition. Does it really matter which console? I know you own both of them.

I have only played it on the 360, so I wouldnt be able to honestly answer you. I would guess whichever console that you preferred.
