Fulkerson is the huge surprise so far this season. His improvement and confidence this early in the season is further proof of this staff's remarkable ability to coach players up and actually teach them. The production from Fulk is not a fluke because they are getting it pretty consistently from him. What's even more encouraging is that you can see he still has a ways to go so he hasn't reached his ceiling. Wow!!!!

Really like the way all of these games (with the exception of Washington) have felt almost like scrimmages, with almost everyone getting good minutes. It was really cool last night to see James in there with Gaines, Pember and Nkamhoua (yes, I had to look-up that spelling) all at the same time. And they all looked pretty comfortable and had their highlight moments.

I enjoyed getting to hear VS helping with the broadcast, but he needs to speak up. It's hard to hear him half the time he speaks.

That's as much or more so on the production crew. They run millions of dollars worth of equipment with little dials on them to adjust the audio levels.

Wow, some painful editing on those highlights -- though it times it was fun to see a little more of the game action that led to a well-executed play.

I am really impressed by the play of Pember. If he can gain 15-20 pounds, he will be an excellent player for us the next 3 years.
Uros, Fulky, and Pember will be very formidable next season.

P.S. - Yarbrough analyzes the game well, but good grief he needs to turn up the volume!!

Musta rented a couple of nerds from radio shack. Or the same guys marketing games. Jeesh Barnes spread some at cash around and get some decent hep.

I don't remember any of the previous 50 1,000 point scorers being acknowledged before Senior Day. Jarnigan mentioned both of them in the post game scorers announcement.

Give him some time. Once he gets some confidence and experience he will be just fine, just like some of his former-Vol-sports-analyst brethren (Dane Bradshaw, Charles Davis and others...)
