1. Maybe a pay raise
2. Respect and love for UT. (Let’s be real he didn’t come and coach under Jones because Jones ruins coaches on his staff for the most part)
3. Could be tagged with a HC in waiting line.

Just some reasons. Not saying they’re big enough for him to come here as OC for sure though

Yes he said Gruden was a bunch of BS but due to the way Currie and Davenport were letting those Rumors hang around and the way Currie was acting they better march him out there or this place would meltdown. Said that last week. Seems like he hit that on the button to me.

I am starting to think Kiffin may be the best one at this point. We know he is a snake so he will be watched closely and no one can say he is a bad offensive mind.
